Among the year-end specials A Newt One is preparing are the Jimmy Z awards. Our own Jimmy Z will take nominations and suggestions but I have given my total Imprimatur to his Master Zulzness, to have total, unfettered control because he has proven his mettle in this area in the past.
What wise and discerning blogger will receive the coveted Z award for most Brilliant musing? Who will don the scorn of the scarlet letter Z for stupidest statement of the year?
As per the latter, there are so many worthy nominees. Will it be Harry Reid saying the war in Iraq is lost? Will it be Senator Klobuchar saying that the Minneapolis bridge collapsed because of a warm summer caused by global warming? Or will the award go to the idiot bloggers who pronounced that would eat their blogs if the surge succeeded?
Only time will tell....stay tuned.
