There is nothing more pathetic than watching a Democratic pied piper leading the ignorant independent sheep around, chirping out a mystical melody of 'change' on his/her flute.
Republicans seem powerless to combat it and may very well be en route to another election day disaster.
For while Republicans present real solutions to solve real problems;
- A new counterinsurgency strategy in Iraq that is routing Al Queda.
- Low taxes to stimulate investment and keep the economy strong.
- Drilling in the U.S., building new refineries, using nuclear power to combat foreign oil.
- Advanced missile and surveillance programs to defend us.
- Originalist Judges to bring some sanity back to our judiciary.
- Programs to build the fence and enhance border security.
- Vouchers to make the education system compete.
- Tort reform and MSAs to lower health insurance costs.
Wasn't it the Clinton's who oversaw the construction of the Gorelick wall that brought the towers down? Wasn't it John Edwards that used junk science to fleece the medical community and cause countless unnecessary c-sections to be performed and malpractice insurance to skyrocket?
Isn't Obama, who rails about Washington insiders, a United States Senator since 2004?
Change!? What change?
What have any of these three clowns done to turn the tide in Iraq? oh, wait....Bush did that by installing General Petraeus. What have these clowns done to pull the economy out of recession? Oh wait, Bush did that by cutting taxes and encouraging investment. What have they done to increase our energy independence? They voted against drilling, refineries and nuclear power.
In fact, what has this party done at all, in the last 7 years?...other than bitch, whine and complain?
Most important, what will they do? Tell me one thing...just one...that any of these Democrats will do to improve your life. Give me one answer to that question that isn't the cop-out "They will stop the George Bush this or that".
Just one.
I thought so.
Agents of change, indeed....
The problem with independents is that they are lazy and narcissistic. Nothing in America could possibly be your fault, could it? Fixing America's problems is as easy as "change". The person who is lost in the woods isn't going to find his way out by simply changing the direction he is walking in and changing back after a few minutes.
I am beginning to think that 4 years of Obama just might be just the medicine you whiny assed independents need. All you have done is bitch for almost 4 years. You have no idea just how good you have had it. Maybe the 4 years of misery caused by recession, higher taxes, unemployment, and a loss of American strength (the things that always accompany a Democratic administration) are just what you need.
I can promise you this. After 4 years of Obama, not one of our nation's problems will have been solved. Not one. So much for change....
