I find myself having to salute Barack Obama this morning. Like him or not, let's give the man his due. He has run a very positive campaign. Oh, don't get me wrong, I think Obama is hopelessly naive and way over his head. Still, he has brought a refreshing honesty, a positive message and a vision of hope to a party rife with pessimism and self pity.
The Clintons, on the other hand, just get nastier and nastier and nastier. The old politics of personal destruction. That's all you get from the Clintons. The current race baiting attacks are just the latest bile spewed from America's preeminent trailer trash couple.
Obama is ''just like Jesse Jackson" spews the philanderer in chief. In other words....
"That ni**er cai-unt ween. Ya'll boys need to vote fer Heel-er-ree"
Charming. The may-in frum hope. Mr Ah feel yur pa-yeen. The ah did naught half sex-you-all relay-shuns wif that whoa-mun liar himself.... now a racist. It is a shock.....or not.
Well, Obama sure smacked it back into their faces in South Carolina, didn't he?
Any one know who William Fulbright was? I thought not. William Fulbright, who Clinton called his mentor, was a segregationist who voted against the civil rights act. As did Al Gore's father.
Bill and Hillary Clinton have always been white trash. Now, at least, America (even the Democrats) are seeing it.
