‘CHICKENHAWKS’ MY ASS

9 year veteran writes Dr. Laura and thanks the ‘home-front warriors.’

Jimmy Z -  In a letter about his wife, the Army physician wrote to Dr. Laura, “thanks also to all the home-front warriors back home - we could not do what we have to do without you.”

It is clear that the leftwingers who call those of us who are not in the military ‘chicken hawks’ are doing so because we support the troops and the war we are fighting without reservation, without hesitation, without exception.

The left, however, do not support the troops at all. They claim to support them of course - “bring home the troops” is their white-flag cry of surrender - but they are not interested in having a military at all.

The left hate the military.

Let me state that again, and this is not an opinion up for discussion - it is a fact.

The liberals and leftists and socialists in America hate the military.

They have used the death of soldiers only to insult the commander in chief. Their desire is to surrender to terrorists.

We, however, support our troops and we seek victory over America’s enemies. It is important to remind ourselves that we are in no way ‘chickenhawks.’ We are warriors indeed; warriors with words -  written and spoken.

We are warriors on the home-front, and we are proud of America’s fine military, without any exception.
