THE DEMOCRAT PARTY DISENFRANCHISED ITSELF

Above and beyond anything else, the democrat party is first and foremost HYPOCRITICAL

Jimmy Z -  Some weeks ago, SonlitKnight touched on this topic, and he did so in a far more informative and eloquent fashion than I will today. But I love to get to the bottom line, so here it is.

When Florida was ground zero, the battleground state of all battleground states; when Al Gore threw his historic and histrionic tantrum, sealing the award for Cry Baby of the Century, the democrats began a seven and a half year mega-whine; a hate fest never before seen in our lifetime directed at an American President; a nasty, angry hissy fit so vile and so disgusting, words cannot describe the bitterness that resides in the souls of some of these far left emotional wrecks.

Over what, you ask? When you boil it down to the core of their basic complaint, it had to do with disenfranchising voters. The Republicans, they claimed, had disenfranchised the voters in Florida. Investigations took place, and no evidence was ever produced that showed that any voters were disenfranchised during the election in which George Bush beat Al Gore and began a two term Presidency.

Fast-forward to 2008: Who has, in fact, disenfranchised voters in Florida (and Michigan)? Why, it’s the democrat party!  Yes, in another fit of slapping wildly at thin air, the democrats told their own party members in Florida and Michigan that their delegates will not be seated at the national convention because they moved their primary date forward. The democrat party warned them, but these two states moved their primary forward anyway.

Democrats have disenfranchised voters in two states! The party told these voters, ‘you will do it the way we want it done. We don’t care if voters in your state want to move the primary date. We don’t care what Presidential candidate you vote for. Your votes will not matter. Your votes are meaningless.’

Liberals cannot help themselves from being hypocritical. Ultimately, liberals do not care what voters want -  liberals who operate the democrat party like a puppet want what they want, and they will orchestrate it their way. To hell with Florida and Michigan.  The democrats have disenfranchised their own voters, and the media is right behind them, refusing to report on these acts of hypocrisy by the most hypocritical politicos on the planet: Liberal democrats.
