Jimmy Z - Let's straighten this out fast. What Jeremiah Wright said was blasphemous, anti-American, hateful and racist. He is not a good man. He is an abomination.If that isn't surprising to you after what you heard with your own ears, this might be a surprise: The left is falling all over itself to tell us that Wright is a great guy.
Salon.com wrote a piece (find it yourself, I'm not going to link that filth here) insisting that Jeremiah Wright is not the problem. They characterized him as a hero speaking the truth in spite of what others might say about him.
The salon.com piece went so far as to talk about how dark and seemingly evil Abraham Lincoln and Martin Luther King, Jr. were considered to be in their day.

Yep! Wright is like Jesus. He's a good man being crucified. Right there on Easter weekend, the pastor at Trinity in Chicago put Jeremiah Wright, the hate spewing racist on a pedestal with Jesus Christ, Savior of humanity.

No you wouldn't, unless you're a blind leftist who knows nothing of what is going on. Wright is not running for office. Wright is Obama's Pastor, friend and spiritual mentor for 20 years.
