Hello my name is James Gilligan and I spoke out and gave
testimony atthe Winter Soldier II. I am from the NY/NJ area and would like

March. As you may know this is theanniversary of the 5 years since we crossed
the border into Iraq. Iwas there during the invasion, as well as completing a
