YEARS OF ATTENDANCE AND SUPPORT MEAN THE ANSWER IS ‘YES’
The silent left wing media shows how hypocritical the left is all over again
Jimmy Z - We who are people of faith need to re-establish our alignments with religious leaders many times throughout our spiritual lives. I’ll give you two examples, but there are an infinite number I could cite. You yourselves could give me your own stories of how you were faced with a crossroads in your spiritual journey.
First example: You are a member of the Episcopal Church. Your church hierarchy determines that it would be good to ordain homosexuals as priests. You know what God says of homosexuality, so you have a decision to make. Will you stay and try to change the Episcopal Church for the better, and work against the liberals attempting to destroy your church, or will you exit that church and go find a church that more obediently obeys God’s word?
Second example: You support a Christian ministry that seeks to affect American laws through the courts from a Biblical perspective. You like the viewpoints of the leadership and they have been doing good work to fight, for instance, partial birth abortion. Then you find out that the organization’s leader flies around the country is a private jet, paid for by you and all the others who donate money. You have a decision to make. Will you continue to support this ministry, or will you find someone else who is less of a spender on luxuries?
These are examples of faith-based questions we have to ask ourselves all the time as we live our lives and decide who is worthy of our support.
Why hasn’t Barack Obama made the right decision about his racist, hate-mongering pastor, the dishonorable Jeremiah Wright? This hateful racist is nothing more than the black equivalent of a white member of the Klan. By Obama’s support through two decades, we must conclude that he supports the viewpoints of this hateful man!
There can be no other explanation. It’s not like Barack can claim that he didn’t know! This hate-mongering has been Wright’s style and substance for years! Barack and Michelle have had their children baptized in this racist’s church!
If this were John McCain’s church, and McCain’s pastor had been preaching about the Black Devil for years, how long do you think it would take for the left wing media to force McCain to resign from the race?
Barack Obama has given money to and been a part of this racist Jeremiah Wright’s church for years. Obama decided, obviously, that Wright’s messages were acceptable. This must mean that Obama agrees with Wright, and wants his children to grow up learning about America from Wright’s hateful, racist perspective.
Anyone see a problem with this?
