Please take the time to read this; it’s more important than you might think at first.

I was flipping through television stations last night, making mental notes about the decline of western civilization, and I noticed that the entertainment news folks (ridiculous, I know) were delighted to tell viewers that Hillary Duff was ‘shedding’ her Disney image.

This caught my attention on a number of levels. The interview, which I remember nothing of, was with a former girl turned into a quite good looking young woman, talking about her new film War, Inc. working with John Cusack. [Even the title smacks of a liberal bent, doesn’t it?]

To get to the point: During the time she had a ‘Disney image,’ she was safe for little girls. I’m sure she was admired and little girls looked up to her.  Little girls probably fantasize about being Hillary Duff and doing the cool things that Hillary Duff did.

Now, as Hillary and her fans have grown older, Hollywood shapes Hillary into the boy-toy. What do you think her fervent fans are going to do? Be repelled by it? Hardly. This is their hero, Hillary Duff!

In a clip from the new movie, Hillary is in a dark and foreboding scene with low riding hip-hugging pants (ok, ok -  I like ‘em too).  She pulls her pants out enough to drop a scorpion into her private area.  She writhes and moans as the scorpion does whatever it does to her… well you get the idea.

On the web, there are pictures of her partying it up, grinning wildly as she and a girl friend, both in too-small tank tops, rub their boobs together and ham it up for the camera.  Now, I’m no prude, and of course this is quite the titillating (pun intended) photo.

But it is clear that Hillary Duff has no regard for where this is leading her fans.  There are girls younger that Hillary, thinking that this will be fun.  When they are old enough to go out and party, they want to be boy toys too! They want to rub boobs with their friends too, and be hot for the boys and be sexy. They want to be boy-toys.

All those years of admiration lead to this?  She was safe for parents, and she still ended up leading little girls off the cliff. Hip-hugger- hooray.
