If there is anything this DAVFW detests the most is a military member that has sworn the Oath of Service under false pretenses just to receive the benefits of service without actually having performed their sworn duties.

Canada has ruled that the deportation of a deserter will proceed.

I hope the cowardly fraud likes it in Levenworth.
Canada's federal court ruled Monday that American army deserter can be deported to the United States, rejecting his request for a stay to the order.

Justice Anne Mactavish said that Robin Long did not provide clear and convincing evidence that he will suffer irreparable harm if he is returned to the United States.

Long, 25, fled to Canada in 2005 to avoid serving in Iraq. Officials said Long would probably be sent back to the U.S. Tuesday, following Monday's decision.

Long said he sought refuge in Canada because the U.S. army wanted him to participate in what he calls an "illegal war of aggression in Iraq." [...]
First and foremost, dirtball, after swearing the Oath of Service, we are not given the choice of which orders to obey, moron. Even if the war in Iraq was "illegal", whatever that means, as a service member, your choice is to serve or to serve. Read the Oath you swore. Enjoy making little rocks out of big ones you coward.
