Never see the light of day? Never see the light of day? Why would that be? Is she trying to squelch Freedom of Speech? Isn't that an unconstitutional act? So, conservative talk radio and other conservative news outlets are highly successful and the anti-Americanist and revisionist shows are not. So, in order to fix that, the successful shows would have to - be forced to - give equal time although the audience has chosen NOT to tune into the Hate America shows. How is that fair to the VAST majority of Americans again? Sounds like something that Mussolini would do. Oh. Wait. He did something like that. I forgot. He was a fascist. Never mind.

The American Thinker has a very well presented article on what the after affects of the enacting of the Fairness Doctrine would be like. It isn't pretty. The SOH should be called on the carpet for this and censured. I suppose a cat-o-nine-tails would be a little excessive at this point.
