IBD repeated falsehood that Obama bill would levy "Global Tax" on U.S. taxpayers

Without going into a major explanation as to why Media Matters is full of scheisse, I do believe that Maggie has it all mapped out for yas. Quick and to the point, Czarbama would have the American People responsible for BILLIONS of dollars. The bill is Senate Bill 2433.
