(IsraelNN.com) Holland, Sweden and the United Arab Emirates have all decided to renew funding to the Hamas-led Palestinian Authority. The countries are following the lead of the United States, which authorized funding of the Fatah faction in the PA through a PLO account set up by Fatah official Salem Fayyad.
US President George W. Bush announced Friday that he intends to deposit $18.8 million into the new PLO account set up by Fayyad – ostensibly to help Fatah fight Hamas. Hamas is not technically a member of the PLO.
If you agree with me that funding Muslim terrorists is an accursed outrage which must be opposed, then read, sign and propagate the on line petition reproduced below.
To: U.S. Congress
For fifty seven years, we were deceived; fooled by a veil of fabulism: the false claim that “Palestinians” only wanted a state of their own. Yassir Arafat spoke to our news media in English and to his Muslim Brothers in Arabic, and to us he said “peace”; to them he said “Jihad!”, and we were foolish enough to believe.
Now HAMAS has won an election and will rule the “Palestinian Authority”. There is no more room for fabulism or al-taqeyya. Let us take a clear eyed look at the HAMAS Charter.
“In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate You are the best community that has been raised up for mankind.”
From which we learn that:
- HAMAS is Islam.
- HAMAS is rascist.
“Israel will rise and will remain erect until Islam eliminates it as it had eliminated its predecessors.”
From which we learn that HAMAS intent toward Israel is policide.
“The Islamic Resistance Movement draws its guidelines from Islam; derives from it its thinking, interpretations and views about existence, life and humanity; refers back to it for its conduct; and is inspired by it in whatever step it takes.” Can you tolerate Terrorism? HAMAS is terrorism! Islam is terrorism! Why should your taxes fund it?
“As the Movement adopts Islam as its way of life, its time dimension extends back as far as the birth of the Islamic Message and of the Righteous Ancestor. Its ultimate goal is Islam, the Prophet its model, the Qur’an its Constitution. Its special dimension extends wherever on earth there are Muslims, who adopt Islam as their way of life; thus, it penetrates to the deepest reaches of the land and to the highest spheres of Heavens.” Is there anything wrong with HAMAS? Is there anything right with Islam?
“The time will not come until Muslims will fight the Jews (and kill them); until the Jews hide behind rocks and trees, which will cry: O Muslim! there is a Jew hiding behind me, come on and kill him! This will not apply to the Gharqad, which is a Jewish tree (cited by Bukhari and Muslim).”
Is there something more we need to know about HAMAS in order to condemn it?
“Allah is its goal, the Prophet its model, the Qur’an its Constitution, Jihad its path and death for the case of Allah its most sublime belief.”
“The Islamic Resistance Movement believes that the land of Palestine has been an Islamic Waqf throughout the generations and until the Day of Resurrection, no one can renounce it or part of it, or abandon it or part of it. No Arab country nor the aggregate of all Arab countries, and no Arab King or President nor all of them in the aggregate, have that right, nor has that right any organization or the aggregate of all organizations, be they Palestinian or Arab, because Palestine is an Islamic Waqf throughout all generations and to the Day of Resurrection. Who can presume to speak for all Islamic Generations to the Day of Resurrection? This is the status [of the land] in Islamic Shari’a, and it is similar to all lands conquered by Islam by force, and made thereby Waqf lands upon their conquest, for all generations of Muslims until the Day of Resurrection. This [norm] has prevailed since the commanders of the Muslim armies completed the conquest of Syria and Iraq, and they asked the Caliph of Muslims, ‘Umar Ibn al-Khattab, for his view of the conquered land, whether it should be partitioned between the troops or left in the possession of its population, or otherwise. Following discussions and consultations between the Caliph of Islam, ‘Umar Ibn al-Khattab, and the Companions of the Messenger of Allah, be peace and prayer upon him, they decided that the land should remain in the hands of its owners to benefit from it and from its wealth; but the control of the land and the land itself ought to be endowed as a Waqf [in perpetuity] for all generations of Muslims until the Day of Resurrection. The ownership of the land by its owners is only one of usufruct, and this Waqf will endure as long as Heaven and earth last. Any demarche in violation of this law of Islam, with regard to Palestine, is baseless and reflects on its perpetrators.” Is there any remaining doubt concerning HAMAS?
“[Peace] initiatives, the so-called peaceful solutions, and the international conferences to resolve the Palestinian problem, are all contrary to the beliefs of the Islamic Resistance Movement. For renouncing any part of Palestine means renouncing part of the religion; the nationalism of the Islamic Resistance Movement is part of its faith, the movement educates its members to adhere to its principles and to raise the banner of Allah over their homeland as they fight their Jihad: “Allah is the all-powerful, but most people are not aware.”"
Is there some good cause why our tax funds should provide the material for even one bomb with which to murder innocent Jews, among whom are American citizens residing and touring?
We, the undersigned now therefore demand that the United States Congress immediately terminate:
-
all direct funding of HAMAS
-
all direct and indirect funding of the “Palestinian Authority” which will now be ruled by HAMAS.
-
all contributions, monitary and in goods or services to any and all U.N., charitable and non governmental organizations providing goods and or services to any and every entity under the control of or otherwise linked to the “Palestianian Authority” or to HAMAS.
We further demand that no such funding be resumed at this time or any future period. We further demand
that no negotiation be entered into with HAMAS or with the “Palestinian Authority” either directly or through
third parties.

This is sickening Snooper, my god, we are in America, we shouldn’t NEED a law saying this, it should be common fucking sense.
If I went to another country to live I would EXPECT to have to learn their language as common courtesy.
I guess America deserves no common couresy.

IF people want to live in our Country LEGALLY it would be best to learn our language. Afterall I would wonder if they didn’t what they were up to, and why they REALLY want to be in our Country. And do they love our Country or the benefits that are given by our Country.
We need English as our offical language. It’s not hard to figure out there are nuts out there that want to k*ll us.
We can only have one Flag, one language and one desire for Freedom.
The U N is in America. America is not the United Nations.
Yes, people can speak other languages but English should be their main language. We should never have to give up our rights to appease others, but it’s the others that come here that should show us that they really want to be in America. Legally come here I mean.
Common sense is lost on many, usually the vocal minority.
Multiculturalism is for the trite dinks and ignorant yammerlings.
The common language is our strength — without it we become a divided nation especially since there are so many other ethnic and cultural things dividing us.
I work with a very intelligent Korean woman who is often perceived to be a weak employee due to her language barrier. Her English is quite good, but she speaks very slowly with a strong accent and people don’t always take the time to look beyond that to her extraordinary analytical skills. If she did not speak English at all, she would probably be mopping floors somewhere instead of working for a Wall St. financial firm — so for GOD’S SAKE WHY WOULD LIBS WANT TO KEEP GOOD PEOPLE FROM EXCELLING IN THIS COUNTRY??????
The dementedcrats desire strongly to have generations and generations of the ignorant masses depending on THEM for everything.
English must be America’s #1 language it only makes common sense.
Different languages are good but as a second language.
There are people from other nations here but they MUST come here to be Americans first. We should not change for anyone.
