I wonder if Nancy Pelosi, BIC, Bitch In Chief of the Lower House would be willing to die for her cause.
I wonder if Harry Reid, WIC, Wimp In Chief of the Senate would be willing to die for his cause.
I wonder if Jerkoff Murtha, REIC, Redeployed to the Elevator In Chief Nonrep from Pennsylvania would be willing to die for his cause.
I wonder if they take their Oaths seriously.
I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.Certainly, there are quite a few that have access to classified information that clearly do not take their Oaths seriously. Can anyone name any that have violated this Oath?
Clause 13 of Rule XXIII (the Code of Official Conduct) of the Rules of the House of Representatives provides:Before a Member, Delegate, Resident Commissioner, officer, or employee of the House may have access to classified information, the following oath (or affirmation) shall be executed:
"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will not disclose any classified information received in the course of my service with the House of Representatives, except as authorized by the House of Representatives or in accordance with its Rules."
I have a list that I will publish at a later date. I am just curious as to how informed folks are.
The first order of "business" would be to determine exactly what the causes of the Pelosis and the Reids and the Murthas are. Does anyone know? Whatever the causes they have they are certainly driven by the Bush Derangement Syndrome. Their frittering and fluttering about reminds me of the song, Whatever It Is I'm Against It, no matter what the "IT" might be. It all depends, so it seems, if there is an election cycle about.
What about the members of Code Pink? Would they be willing to die for their cause? The ANSWER Coalition...would they be willing to die for their cause? How about the fools of the IVAW? Would they be willing to die for their cause? And, naturally, I cannot leave out Michael Moore and the MoveOn folks! Would they be willing to die for their cause? What about George Soros? Certainly he would be willing to die for his cause. Right? Wrong?

I took an Oath of Service many moons ago and it isn't something you set aside because you are no longer serving...it sticks with you for life. Well, at least it does for a True American Patriot.
I do have some questions for any law enforcers out there that have a spine. Why isn't the Smith Act of 1940 enforced? As far as I can tell, it hasn't been repealed like the Sedition Act has been.
I am just curious why these laws on the books are not enforced.
Those that commit seditious acts against this nation are by law considered to be a domestic enemy and they most assuredly not patriots to this nation. Not by a long shot and, especially so if they serve in the CONgress.

The Alien Registration Act of 1940, usually called the Smith Act because the antisedition section was authored by Representative Howard W. Smith of Virginia, was adopted at 54 Statutes at Large 670-671 (1940). The Act has been amended several times and can now be found at 18 U.S. Code § 2385 (2000).Through the years, the above has been modified to that which follows:
§ 2385. Advocating Overthrow of Government.
Whoever knowingly or willfully advocates, abets, advises, or teaches the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying the government of the United States or the government of any State, Territory, District or Possession thereof, or the government of any political subdivision therein, by force or violence, or by the assassination of any officer of any such government; or
Whoever, with intent to cause the overthrow or destruction of any such government, prints, publishes, edits, issues, circulates, sells, distributes, or publicly displays any written or printed matter advocating, advising, or teaching the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying any government in the United States by force or violence, or attempts to do so; or
Whoever organizes or helps or attempts to organize any society, group, or assembly of persons who teach, advocate, or encourage the overthrow or destruction of any such government by force or violence; or becomes or is a member of, or affiliates with, any such society, group, or assembly of persons, knowing the purposes thereof --
Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both, and shall be ineligible for employment by the United States or any department or agency thereof, for the five years next following his conviction.
If two or more persons conspire to commit any offense named in this section, each shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both, and shall be ineligible for employment by the United States or any department or agency thereof, for the five years next following his conviction.
As used in this section, the terms "organizes" and "organize", with respect to any society, group, or assembly of persons, include the recruiting of new members, the forming of new units, and the regrouping or expansion of existing clubs, classes, and other units of such society, group, or assembly of persons.
